Product access, licensing, and commercial baseline for SkyCode Labs product families

Accounts and access

Some products, downloads, licenses, updates, or customer services may require a SkyCode Labs account, a valid order or claim record, and product-specific access approval. You are responsible for information submitted for account creation and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Free / Lite rules

Free or Lite editions may be offered as limited-entry product access tied to a customer account, claim record, or license record. Availability, feature depth, update visibility, support expectations, and commercial eligibility may be narrower than the corresponding paid edition.

Paid / Pro rules

Paid or Pro editions may require a completed order, payment confirmation, invoice status, active license issuance, or active entitlement. Pro access can include broader functionality or service handling than Lite, but remains limited by the applicable order and license scope.

License grant

Subject to payment where applicable, active entitlement, and compliance with these terms, SkyCode Labs grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable product in accordance with its edition and delivery model.

Domain and installation limits

License scope may include limits on domains, installations, environments, users, or usage context. Product-specific limits are set by the relevant product schedule, order record, or license record.

Downloads, updates, and support

Download availability, update windows, maintenance support, and product assistance can vary by edition, order status, and active entitlement. Access to a product does not guarantee unlimited updates, custom work, or a fixed support response time unless separately stated.

Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund

Paid products or services may be offered on one-time, staged, or recurring commercial terms. Billing timing, renewal behavior, cancellation handling, and any refund position may depend on the applicable product schedule, order state, and checkout or invoice terms presented at the time of purchase.

Delivery and license issuance

Product delivery may occur through download access, customer account surfaces, email communication, or license issuance workflows. Delivery timing can depend on payment confirmation, account validation, manual review, or technical readiness.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect platform operations, address misuse, respond to non-payment, investigate security issues, or enforce these terms. Termination of access does not automatically waive outstanding obligations.

Warranty disclaimer

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, products, downloads, updates, and related services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every environment, or fitness for every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkyCode Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to product access, download use, update availability, support handling, or commercial interruption.

Governing law and contact

These terms will be interpreted under the law applicable to the contracting SkyCode Labs entity or operating jurisdiction unless a different rule is required by law. For product-term questions, use our Contact page.
